Vintage Kahlua Bottle - Empty Display Brown Glass - Red Fabric Accent 0.950 LT

UP FOR SALE IS A COOL OLD KAHLUA BOTTLE
I don't know the actual date of this bottle, but have taken a picture of all the labels and the bottom to show as much information as I can.
A few interesting observations:
Is labeled as 53 Proof
Measures .950LT or 1/4 GL, so it is pre-1977
Below the Kahlua imprint on the back of the bottle, it states "Federal Law Forbids Sale or Re-use of This Bottle" (common up to c. 1964)
All writing is in Spanish
