Set of 6 Silver Italian Pierced Solid Silver Teacup & Saucer Marked 800 fine with Porcelain Ceramic insert marked
Presented is an elegant set of 6 solid silver pierced tea-cup holders and saucers with Porcelain ceramic inserts including a floral painted decoration around the side of the cup beneath the silver painted rims. The saucers and cup holders are marked for
800 fine silver with a product or style number in a lozenge shape mark. American standard sterling silver is 925 fine so there is slightly less silver in this alloy.  The Porcelain inserts are marked on the bottom for J. Kronister Ceramics made in West Germany Schwarzenbach, Baveria. This beautiful set has only some dings, no monograms and only some fine scratches from gentle use and care. This is an elegant piece for use or display and a great addition for the silver collection.

This silver saucer and cup holder is marked for

Condition
