Rare Polmos Brandy Bottle in Hand Woven Straw Net & Cap, Winiak Specjalny Poland

This is a Rare Polmos Brandy Bottle from Poland.
The label is marked "Selected Brandy Winiak Specjalny,
43

- 0.5 L" and "Produce of Poland - Production Polonaise"
on the bottom of the label. The bottle is encased in a hand
woven net of straw with a straw cap attached with a green
dyed straw ribbon. It has a metal twist-off cap. No tax stamps.
I believe this bottle was originally purchased in Poland as it
is not marked "Import" or "Imported" anywhere on the bottle
and does not have any alcohol warnings either.
The cap is marked with "Panstwowy Monopol Spirytusowy"
which roughly translates to "State Distilling Monopoly". It was
created by the Communist Regime following the end of WW II.
Polmos was established in 1973. It is an acronym for "Polski
Monopol Spirytusowy".
The bottom of the bottle is marked with: Polmos, 6  05L,
and a
W
inside a circle.
The empty bottle is about 10 1/2" tall and 2 1/2" in diameter at the bottom.
Winiak Specjalny is a blend of Polish Vodka, Grape Wine and
water. It created a clear light brown liquid with the smell and
taste of Cognac. It was 43% alcohol - 86 proof.
