Very cool Hannibal City issued plate #345 from 1933.  You would have displayed this on your car to indicate you had paid your City taxes.  Measures 3 1/2" x 6 1/2".  Very seldom seen plate!!  This one has an extra hole at the bottom.  Shipping is .00
