Missouri 1977 1976 License Plate Bicentennial Tag Vintage Pub Man Cave Collector.
Plate 2 remains for sale.  Plate 2 has some minor rust and wear and a few dents from use. The plate back has some rust. The reflective coating has worn from the plate numbers, but the numbers are very bright white.
