    Description

    A sterling silver six-piece tea service by Birks, consisting of; a tilting hot water pot on stand with its burner stamped BIRKS STERLING, a teapot and a cream jug and sugar bowl - all 3 with date marks for 1926 - together with a slop bowl stamped BIRKS STERLING. All of octagonal form decorated with bands of foliate engraved detail, the teapot and hot water pot having fruitwood handles and finials.
    Height of hot water pot on stand, 13".
    Combined approx. weight including fruitwood handles and finials: 2,126 grams.
