I believe I see an eagle mark of 31. According to Hougart's book,
Plateria Azteca's use of (Hector) Aguilar's eagle 31

Hougart's description to a similar mark ca.
1949-1952. Reading under Hector Aguilar's entry, it states: "Aguilar
also contracted with Horacio de la Parra's Plateria Azteca to produce hollowware.
The "Azteca" items are marked with eagle 9 or 31 and a design or production number."
