    Description

GORGEOUS ART NOUVEAU ARTS & CRAFTS HAND HAMMERED AND DECORATED 5 PIECE STERLING SILVER TEA SET  CIRCA 1903
We have the privilege to offer you this beautiful sterling silver Art Nouveau hand decorated and hammered  5 piece tea set.    This is a heavy, gorgeous tea set weighing in at 140 troy ounces.
All the pieces, except for the teapot are marked on the bottom M H H 1903.   The teapot is marked on the bottom, Mary & Harold Hinckley, October 15, 1903 from L. H. & J. F. H.  The hot water pot is the only piece that is monogramed.   It has H H on once side and on the other side is monogramed M B.
We think you will agree that the amount of hand work in these pieces is incredible.   To properly protect this set, we will have you either pick up this piece or get it shipped locally at either the UPS store in Stowe, Vermont (store2614) or Pack and Send Plus in Waterbury, Vermont.  EBay will not let us put their contact information in the listing.   Call both of them to get the best quote.   Refer them to this listing with the set weighing about 10 pounds.   We will be happy to bring the set to which ever shipping company you decide you want to work with, as soon as you let us know that is your wish, in writing.
This set has been professionally tested to be sterling silver and is guaranteed to be. The burner is marked sterling on the bottom.
The hot water pot on stand is about 11 1/2 inches tall, the teapot is about 8 1/2 inches tall and the other three pieces are 3 inches tall without the cover on the sugar bowl.   The sugar and waste bowls are an impressive 5 inches in diameter without their beautiful handles and the creamer is 4 inches in diameter without its handle.
    Good luck and happy bidding!!!!
