    Antique Dated 1865 Dominick & Haff Sterling Silver 3-Piece Teapot Set
    This is a wonderful early antique Dominick & Haff sterling silver three piece teapot set with a engraved shield
    design. Each piece has a worn "G" monogram and dated "1865". Each piece has a makers mark, sterling, with a
    store name of W. Gale & Son. This sterling set weighs approxiamtely 1269.2 grams (or 40.8 toz).
    Dominick & Haff was based in New York co founded by Henry Blanchard and Leroy B. Haff in 1872 until it closed
    down in 1928.
    The tea/coffee pot measures approxiamtley 11" by 10" across the handle to spout by 5 1/4" wide with a depth of 6" deep.
    Creamer measures approxiamtley 7 1/2" tall by 6" across handle to spout by 4" wide with a depth of 4 3/4" deep.
    The sugar measures approxiamltey 4 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" in diameter with a depth of 2 1/4" deep.
    This item is previously owned. All pieces have a slight wobble. The teapot's lid does not close all the way as shown in the last photo, needs to be resoldered. There is light surface scratches and tarnish. Please view all photos for the most accurate description.
